1. Service Description

We provide custom workflow automation services. We design, build, and maintain automated workflows for our clients using n8n automation platform.

2. Service Agreement

These terms govern our provision of custom automation services. Specific project details, scope, and pricing will be outlined in separate service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide necessary access and information required for automation development and to use automated workflows in compliance with all applicable laws.

4. Data Handling

We process data only as necessary to provide the agreed automation services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

Automation workflows developed for clients remain the intellectual property of MyTabib Automations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for business losses or indirect damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
